What this website is for

This website is Moft's shop window: it tells you what is in the display case, the news and offers, how we work at the counter and how to find us. We do not sell online; reservations and orders are made by WhatsApp, by phone or in the shop.

Terms of use

By browsing this website you accept this legal notice. We ask you to use it in good faith and not to do anything that could damage it, overload it or stop other people enjoying it.

Products, prices and availability

  • The photos are of our real products, but every piece is made by hand and none comes out exactly the same.
  • Prices include VAT. Weights are approximate.
  • The display case changes every day: a product appearing on the website does not guarantee it will still be in the shop when you arrive. If you don't want to miss out, reserve it.
  • Offers and exclusive products last as long as each one says, or until stock runs out. The same goes for promotions you see in adverts or in the newsletter.

Reservations and orders

A reservation or an order is confirmed when we reply and accept it. For some orders we ask for a deposit of 50 % of the amount, which will never be less than 30 %. If you need to change or cancel, let us know at least 4 days before the date of the order: until then we return the deposit in full; after that deadline, the deposit is not returned.

Before you reserve, check the allergens and tell us if anyone has an allergy or intolerance.

Newsletter and advertising

We only send you commercial communications by email if you have subscribed to our newsletter (art. 21 LSSI-CE). Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us directly.

We advertise Moft on Instagram and Facebook. On our website we only use analytics or advertising cookies if you accept them; we explain everything in Cookies and in Privacy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The Moft brand and logo, the glaze elements, the icons, the photographs, the texts and the design of this website belong to Moft or are used with permission. You may not copy, change or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Want to share a photo of your cake or of our display case? Go ahead, and we would love you to tag us.

Liability

We take care that the information on this website is correct and up to date, but it may contain an error or may not reflect a last-minute change (opening hours, a price, a sold-out product). We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the website or for technical interruptions beyond our control.

Links to other websites

Some links take you away from here (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps). We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content; each has its own terms and its own privacy policy.

Complaints

If something did not turn out as you expected, tell us first: we want to put it right. If you prefer, in the shop you have the official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía at your disposal.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, unless the law provides otherwise, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or, where applicable, those of La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz).
